2003 1A World Champion Johnnie DelValle's signature model, designed specifically for his style of play. The X-ConVict is especially good for small, complicated string tricks and grinds; YYJ has even incorporated a stepped rim for IRGs (Inner Ring Grinds). Compared to plastic, the X-ConVict's mostly metal body makes grinds easier. Although the rim is thick, it's made from light aluminum, making it easy to control during play. The small body and wide catch zone make for successful complicated combos. It goes without saying how cool it looks; it's a yo-yo you're sure to treasure. The Cap design is by Johnnie DelValle himself.
